The Safety Investigation Authority (Otkes) has said it won’t start a standard examination concerning how the Viking Grace journey transport steered into the rocks off the shore of Mariehamn within the Åland Islands on 21 November.
Otkes chief Veli-Pekka Nurmi told the STT news agency that the selection was made on the grounds that nothing has appear during the elemental test that might demonstrate, as an example , a specialized disappointment of the boat.

Nurmi said that the last report are going to be prepared inside an extended time.
